SCHUMI DOESN’T REGET RETURN

Michael Schumacher has said that he has not regretted the decision to return to Formula One back in 2010. The German is one of the most successful drivers in Formula One having won seven world championship titles, will also helping Ferrari win numerous titles during a period of six-year dominance with the Italian team. After announcing his retirement in 2006, Michael Schumacher decided to stage a remarkable comeback with Mercedes in 2010. The presence of the former Ferrari technical director Ross Brawn was a major factor in Michael Schumacher returning to the sport.

However, he has not been able to add to the 91 victories he enjoyed during his first spell in Formula One. His final success in the race came in 2006 October and it has been a cherished moment for the 43-year-old, who has not been able to taste a victory since then. The closest Michael Schumacher has come to a victory after making his comeback was a third place finish in Valencia. However, the German has said that he has no regrets about returning to formula 1 because he still has enjoyed great moments after making his comeback. He has also failed to comment on his future.

“So far I have not regretted my comeback for a second. There have been a lot of good moments,” said Michael Schumacher in a recent interview. The contract of the 43-year-old German with Mercedes comes to an end this season. Ross Brawn has also not been able to make any comments regarding the future of the former Ferrari driver, who has been a major disappointment in his second spell in the sport. Michael Schumacher recently became only the second man to join the 300 club having made more than 300 starts in his extraordinary career, which could finally see a curtain this season.
